Tools and Resources for Financial Health

A list of my favourite tools and resources that can help you get your finances in check and eliminate debt.

The Dave Ramsey Show

Why do I recommend it?

Dave Ramsey is a straight-talking YouTuber, Podcaster and Entrepreneur that runs The Dave Ramsey Show.

His show is all about helping people get out of debt and manage their money better.

Listening to Dave’s show gave me the kick up the arse I needed to get my finances in check.

Rich Dad Poor Dad

Why do I recommend it?

Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki is probably the most popular personal finance book on the market.

If you haven’t read it, I strongly suggest you do.

There’s not much more to say about this book other than…it’s awesome.

If you want to improve your financial knowledge, get out of debt, become financially free and learn how to make money work for you, then this book is a must-read.

Think and Grow Rich

Why do I recommend it?

Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill is another very popular book that features 13 steps to help you achieve your goals, change your life and join the ranks of the rich and successful.

I’ve read and listened to this book on Audible and it’s really helped improve my mindset.

This is another must-read if you want to change your life for the better.

The Richest Man in Babylon

Why do I recommend it?

The Richest Man in Babylon by George Clason is another amazing book about personal finance.

The writing style is less traditional than a normal self-help book, but this makes it all the more interesting.

This book was written in 1926 and is still relevant today…that’s how good it is.

One of the main financial principles within this book is about paying yourself first. So instead of paying your rent and other bills as soon as you get paid, pay yourself first, save at least 10% of all you earn.
